Prepare Field Packages – Research deeds and prepare sketches with any existing control, provide Harris County Floodplain Reference Markers, Flood Zone Maps, HCAD Maps, aerial photos and recorded plats. Research existing utilities per City of Houston GIMS Maps, request utility maps and coordinate with utility location company to locate and mark underground utilities.
Process survey data and drafting – manually enter traverse, calculate closed traverse using LDD2008, convert field data and import into base map. Boundary analysis under RPLS supervision. Draft surveys in AutoCAD, topographic contours, calculate inverts and details.
METRO – Metro Solutions 2 – East End and Southeast Corridors – Proof Land Title Survey Plats and legal descriptions, enter data in Excel spreadsheet.
