I have over 6 years of experience in the geophysical industry and for the past 4 years have performed my services as a project manager and Business Development manager. Since I have joined Fugro, I have got exposure in many ways and on different task. I joined this organization as field engineer in 2004 and since then got opportunity work in India as well as in UAE. In a very short span of time company has entrusted me for project management and in 2006 I promoted as Project engineer. Again in 2008 I got full responsibilities to work as Project manager for marine construction support activities performed all over India. In 2008 Marine construction activities in India was in full swing and one of the biggest Oil and Gas field development was taking shape in Krishna Godavari, East coast of India by Reliance Industries. Main construction contractor was Allseas Marine and in turn Allseas has awarded the survey contract to India for entire development period. I was fortunate enough to be part of survey team as Project manager under Bibhu Nayak as Project director. It was a challenge to manage three survey boats operating simultaneously with more than 30 people working round the clock. The biggest challenge was to setup an online touchdown monitoring system while laying pipeline in a river with high current and very narrow trench. Ultimately team worked well and We got a letter of appreciation from Allseas marine for completion of task professionally and zero Incident. After that I have managed several Marine construction support project and geophysical survey operations. In 2010 Fugro India has won Pipeline inspection survey from ONGC (Government of India subsidiary and largest Oil and Gas company in India) and this is the biggest project for year 2010 -2011 for Fugro India in terms of revenue and project duration where work is to be performed in eight phases and involves ROTV, ROV and CP survey at Offshore and near shore. I am currently managing this project and will complete in May 2011.

Quarry Exploration
Done the exploration and developed the lithology and geological mapping for the quarry area. Supervise and manage the development of the quarry. Provides the daily report on quarry progression and up dating all geological data. Supervise the stock pile for the specific rock materials collected. Liaise with the construction engineer and the site supervisor to ensure the quarry development satisfies the operational plans. Do the rocks demarcation and rock inspection on the quarry site.

Slope Stability
Provided the slope face mapping and details kinematics analysis using Dips program. Identified the slope failure and design slope protection using Swedge Analysis Program. Supervised the work progress.

Tunneling
Provided the geological mapping and plant development. Identified the tunnel failure using the Unwedge Analysis Program and design using Q system method. Inspect the tunnel development, monitor progress of the tunnels and the edits tunnels.

Foundation
Provided the geological mapping for main dam and plinth foundation to ensure the foundation is already for the rock fill works. Supervise the excavation works, do the rock inspection and rock demarcation at the main dam and plinth area.

Miscellaneous
